King Charles has apparently adopted a new strategy over his son Prince Harry and daughter-in-law Meghan Markle ahead of their visit to the United States next week.
Royal expert Rob Shuter has revealed the monarch’s new strategy on the California-based royal couple.
Robb says the strategy is ‘very simple’.
He says that for all the noise surrounding Harry and Meghan, the reality behind palace doors is: “The royals don’t care anymore.”
“Not angry. Not nervous. It’s just… over.”
The expert added, “They used to get upset – really upset. Now? It barely registers. It’s irritation, not alarm.”
Robb said that despite the constant headlines, insiders insist that Meghan and Harry’s global presence – mixing charity with commercial deals – “is not seen as a real threat to the British royal family.”
Moll said, “The idea that they could bring down the House of Windsor is grossly exaggerated. They are not that powerful – and, the thinking inside the palace, is not that relevant anymore.”
In fact, the strategy has quietly changed: “Let them go”.
The royal expert made these claims just days before King Charles’ visit to America.
King Charles will depart for the United States with the palace on Monday and the British government has said the four-day visit will honor the historic ties between the two countries as the US marks 250 years of independence.
According to the palace, Charles’s first US state visit as monarch will take place at the request of the UK government and President Donald Trump and will be accompanied by Queen Camilla.
