Kendall Jenner wore the summer denim shorts trend at Coachella

History shows that Coachella is when many summer trends begin to emerge, and when it comes to Coachella trendsetters, Kendall Jenner has long been at the top of the list. Coachella weekend just ended, and of course, Jenner was in attendance wearing a music-festival version of her chic, minimalist aesthetic. One of her outfits for the weekend included a comeback shorts trend that you wouldn’t call “trendy” in a minute: white denim shorts.

In general, denim shorts have been held back a bit in recent years, as Bermuda shorts, pull-on shorts, and track shorts have come to the forefront. And white Notably, denim shorts aren’t something that girls like Jenner have been seen wearing often in recent times. But considering that she wore her white tank and black mid-calf boots with rolled-up white denim shorts rather than the infinite number of other bottoms to choose from, I think it’s worth noting and something to keep in mind when you start your summer shopping.
