A north London man appeared at Stratford Magistrates Court on Tuesday accused of stabbing 21-year-old film student Finbarr Sullivan to death near Primrose Hill.Sullivan was found with stab wounds near Popular Viewpoint on April 7. Emergency services were called to the scene around noon, but despite the efforts of paramedics, he died from his injuries.The accused identified as Oliwudamilola Ogunyakinnu, 27, of Southbury Road in Enfield, was presented in court.His identity was confirmed during a brief hearing. District Judge Ashwinder Gill ruled that the case was so serious that it could not be dealt with at magistrates’ level and transferred it to the Old Bailey.
