Britney Spears reportedly left rehab Wednesday night, less than three weeks after it was reported that she voluntarily entered treatment after being arrested on suspicion of drunk driving. He is scheduled to be arraigned Monday on a single misdemeanor charge of DUI involving a combination of alcohol and drugs or drugs.

Although it is unclear when the pop star voluntarily checked herself into rehab, the public learned about it on April 12, with a representative for Spears confirming the move at the time. Spears’ most recent Instagram post at the time was from a day earlier. She or her team has since deleted all content from her account, where the 44-year-old mother of two regularly posted videos of herself dancing in skimpy outfits.

He was charged with a single misdemeanor count of driving under the combined influence of alcohol and at least one drug in Ventura County on Thursday.

The California Highway Patrol arrested Spears in Westlake Village at approximately 9 p.m. on March 4 after a man was reported driving erratically on the 101 Freeway. While the drug or medications involved were not specified in the legal documents, a substance was found in Spears’ car that night. The BMW was searched again the next morning at a towing yard.

sources told tmz Pills believed to be Adderall were found in the car at that time. Spears reportedly purchases the drug during her regular trips to Mexico.

A representative for Spears told The Times in a statement regarding the arrest, “This was an unfortunate incident that is completely inexcusable.”

The “Toxic” singer is not required to appear in person at Monday’s hearing because the charge is a misdemeanor.

Prosecutors in the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office said courttv They planned to handle Spears’ case as a “wet reckless” status, potentially offering the singer the option of pleading guilty to reckless driving involving alcohol and/or drugs, as opposed to a DUI. Such plea deals are possible when the defendant has no prior DUI history, has a low blood-alcohol level and has not had an accident or injuries, the office said.

CourtTV said Spears could face 12 months of probation, fines, fees and a DUI class. She has been living out of a long-term conservatorship since a judge ended that supervision in November 2021.

A representative for Spears did not immediately respond to The Times’ request for comment on Friday.
