It appears that missile attacks on U.S. warships and commercial vessels passing through the Strait of Hormuz remain at risk of serious damage and possible loss of life. In a moment of face-saving, Donald Trump has halted the US military’s “Project Freedom” operation to open the Strait of Hormuz, saying “great progress” is being made towards a “full and final agreement with representatives of Iran”. Therefore, operations will be halted for a “short period” to see if a final agreement can be reached.
The impoverished UAE has been hardest hit by Donald Trump’s “Project Freedom”. In retaliation to which the oil port and other facilities of UAE were attacked by missiles and drones fired by Iran.
