But most importantly, Rolling Square has created a buildable ecosystem, but not one that’s limited to first-party accessories. I commend them for this!
You can get any MagSafe light and put it on a magnetic mount. In addition to the chargers designed for the Edge Pro Core, many other wireless chargers may also work with it. As long as something is magnetic, it will stay on the Edge Pro Core Mount.
And since the base plate and mount as a whole are still quite thin, you can leave it at that. I didn’t even bother to hide my laptop when I took it out with me. In fact, I simply hung it on the back of my laptop and carried the entire setup in my backpack without any noticeable difference in weight or bulk.
