As far as I know, Nancy Meyers has never actually made a film set in Provence, but I think it’s time she changed that. With its lavender fields and charming limestone villages, this region of southeastern France would be the perfect backdrop for the director’s signature aesthetic featuring striped sweaters, linen slipcovers and soothing neutrals.
