MANILA, Philippines—When TNT guard Kim Aurin woke up on Saturday morning, he wasn’t feeling like himself ahead of his team’s crucial test against San Miguel in the 2026 PBA Governors’ Cup
But a quick phone call with Roger Pogoy, followed by a timely reading of Isaiah 40:31, gave Aurin the push he needed to get out of bed and deliver for the depleted Tropang 5G

“Kami kami na lang din eh (It’s only us now),” he said after their heart-stopping overtime win over the Beermen at Mall of Asia Arena on Saturday

Aurin then cited the Bible verse that inspired him before leading a short-handed TNT squad missing Calvin Oftana, Jayson Castro, Jordan Heading and Pogoy
