Paris Hilton believes she deserves credit for the Y2K fashion trend, because people are still rocking the same looks she styled decades ago.
On Wednesday, April 29, the famous American actress, singer, socialite, and businesswoman attended Motorola’s Razr Studio 2026 launch event at The Lot on Formosa in Los Angeles.
Hilton, along with Alan Elba, Natalia Bryant, Avan Jogia and others, were introduced as part of the “new Motorola Razr family”.
Sharing her feelings about the revival of the Y2K fashion trend and remembering her role in shaping the fashion of the 2000s, she told People magazine, “It makes me very happy and proud.”
Hilton said, “It makes me very proud, because I’m the one who actually created Y2K fashion, so it’s so fun to see so many people wearing the looks I’ve worn and to see my pictures on all the big designers’ mood boards.”

It is important to note that Paris Hilton appeared at the event in a vibrant blue custom Danielle Brown, which featured a corset top with a carefully designed branch pattern and a light-looking shirt. She added even more drama by pairing her look with matching silk gloves and a floor-length scarf.
