David Beckham received a birthday wish on Saturday from The King’s Foundation, a charity founded by King Charles, as the former footballer turned 51.
In an Instagram post, The King’s Foundation shared a photo of Beckham with writer and broadcaster Alan Titchmarsh, who also celebrates his birthday on May 2, to wish him on his special day.
The photo read, “Happy Birthday to our King’s Foundation Ambassadors.”
Meanwhile, King Charles’ granddaughter, Princess Charlotte, also celebrated her birthday on May 2 as she turned 11 years old.
The monarch, who is currently out of the country, sent birthday wishes for his beloved granddaughter on behalf of himself and Queen Camilla.
The King’s Foundation was established in 1990 by King Charles III, formerly The Prince’s Foundation, to promote education in sustainable communities, traditional urban design and heritage crafts.
