Chris Pratt gave a sad news related to the set of ‘Jurassic World’
The ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ star recently revealed that a filming set for the franchise was destroyed during a massive hurricane in Hawaii in March.
Pratt, who played velociraptor trainer, Owen Grady in the sci-fi films, revealed the sad update Entertainment Weekly In an interview, remembering a moment from the set.
When the actor was shown a photo of himself riding a motorcycle on the Jurassic World set, he said, “Can I tell you something about that?”
He added, “I just got a message from my friend Jason Morgan, who lives on this farm, and yesterday a storm came through and this tree fell on top of it (Owen’s bungalow). It was destroyed yesterday.”
The set, which was located at Kualoa Ranch on Oahu, has served as a major filming location for the first installment of the dinosaur films and its sequel, ‘Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.’
Jason Morgan, the farm’s president and sixth-generation owner, reportedly informed Pratt about the damage caused by the storm.
Pratt expressed remorse after seeing the photo and said, “Sorry, Jason.”
This comes as Aquaman star, Jason Momoa, also revealed that he and his family were affected by the hurricane that hit Oahu in March.
“We’re evacuated from the north coast… we lost power… we’re safe now, but there are a lot of people who weren’t safe, so we’re sending all our love,” Mamoa wrote on his social media.
