JD Vance made a strange analogy to his wife Usha Vance when he was commenting on Iran’s ‘right to enrich uranium’.

When JD Vance was commenting on Iran’s ‘right to enrich uranium’ he made a strange comparison to his wife Usha Vance.

Vice President J.D. Vance used his marriage to Usha Vance to explain the issues surrounding the Iran war ceasefire. When Vance was speaking on the tarmac in Budapest, Hungary, he was asked a question about whether a scenario would arise in which the US might agree to allow Iran to continue enriching uranium for civilian nuclear purposes. Vance explained the difference between Iran’s “right” to enrichment and what it actually does, saying that Usha Vance has the “right to skydive,” but she doesn’t jump out of airplanes because there is an agreement between the couple.“Do you see a scenario in which the administration might agree to allow Iran to continue enriching uranium for civilian nuclear purposes?” Vance was asked. “What the President has said is that we do not want Iran to have the capability to build a nuclear weapon. The President has also said that we do not want Iran to move towards nuclear weapons and we want Iran to give up nuclear fuel. Vance said, these will be our demands during negotiations.“I thought to myself, you know what? My wife has the right to skydive, but she doesn’t jump out of airplanes because she and I have an agreement that she won’t do that because I don’t want my wife to jump out of airplanes,” Vance said as he was referring to Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf’s comment that his country’s 10-point proposal to end the war included “Iran’s right to enrichment.” What Vance wanted to explain was that he was not concerned about the said ‘rights’ and it is more important to look at what they actually do. However, the resemblance to the other woman, Usha Vance, and her marriage seemed strange as many social media users called it insulting to both Usha Vance and Iran.
