Prince William is reportedly frustrated by his cancer-stricken father King Charles’s changing attitude towards his cousins, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.
According to a report in the Examiner, the Prince of Wales was not in favor of inviting his sister to Royal Ascot due to the ongoing scandal over their parents, Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s past relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
A source told the publication that William feels Charles gets emotional when it comes to his nieces and doesn’t think about the bigger picture.
“William feels like he is being undermined at every turn and says Charles is letting emotions get in the way of doing what needs to be done,” she said.
“He understands that his father wants peace and that everyone needs to get along, especially with everything he’s been through health-wise,” the source said.
“But from William’s point of view, this is not the time to be soft.”
