Prices for many different goods and services are rising, and technology is no exception. Global events over the past year, from the implementation of tariffs to disruptions in oil shipments, are leading companies to raise the cost of smartphones, tablets and more to consumers. At this time, it is refreshing when there is company Not there. Raise prices—like when Apple launched a brand new MacBook for just $599.
It is not just the new products that are increasing their prices. As reported by PhoneArenaSamsung has recently increased the prices of many of its devices, including some smartphones and A Very Of bullets. This includes the following phones that have seen price changes:
-
galaxy z flip 7: $1,219.99 to $1,299.99 (512GB)
-
Galaxy S25 FE: $709.99 to $749.99 (256GB)
-
Galaxy S25 Edge: $1,219.99 to $1,299.99 (512GB)
You’ll notice that the company’s latest flagship smartphones, the S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra, are absent from this list, which is kind of a silver lining. Of course, those devices are relatively new, and already exist at the company’s most expensive tier – although you can already find deals and discounts if you’re willing to wait.
Samsung’s tablets have suffered much more damage than smartphones. Samsung is raising prices on seven different models of the tablet – eight models are increasing if you distinguish between the WiFi and 5G versions of the Galaxy Tab A11 Plus. Apart from this, the company is increasing the prices on every storage variant. For example, the price of the Galaxy Tab S11 increases whether you choose the 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB model. The hikes so far are as follows:

Now, just because these are the new MSRPs for these devices doesn’t mean you’ll necessarily be paying full price. Like the Galaxy S26 line, you can get phones like the Z Flip 7 at a discount from retailers like Amazon, so shop around before you buy. That said, these price increases can have an impact on the entire market: Even stores offering discounts may raise prices to accommodate the new MSRP. Rarely does a company raising prices mean things will stay the same. Even more rarely does it mean that prices will go down.
