Researchers asked participants about annoying people in their lives – people who demand too much of you, criticize you, disappoint you, or are angry at you. It’s not just people who fail to support you. They are people who actively create problems or stress in your life. The researchers asked about four categories of harassers: spouse, children, other family members, and friends.
