“It’s not really Bob,” she explained.
“I’m trying to figure out a name – because it really can mean so many things. It’s almost like a dress you can wear so many ways.”
The stylist also commented that the cut varies greatly depending on the way you style it, offering a range of aesthetics from high fashion sleek to effortless ease.
She further revealed that while many fans speculated on the cut for a new role, Zendaya opted for the cut entirely on her own because she wanted to embrace her natural hair.
“Jade wanted a cut that worked with her natural texture and also offered versatility,” he shared.
“When it’s in its natural state it doesn’t look like a bob. It looks a bit like a bixie.”
