Dr. Brazil Caicedo told reporters in the capital Brasília on Wednesday that Bolsonaro’s health condition was stable and that he could remain confined to home until new circumstances emerged.
The 71-year-old leader, who has been hospitalized since March 13 due to pneumonia, has faced a string of health problems since he was stabbed by a man in 2018, before he was elected president.
