A Greek parasailing boss has been jailed after two British teenagers fell 400ft to their deaths after their rope broke during a storm.
Nikos Mallios, 57, has been jailed for four years over the horror trip to Rhodes which killed 15-year-old Jessica Hayes and 13-year-old Mike Connelly.

The pair were thrown into the rocks when the line connecting their parachute to the boat reportedly gave way in the storm’s winds.
A court in Rhodes on Friday found Mallios guilty of health and safety breaches following the 2020 tragedy.
He was jailed but later released pending appeal.
The operator will face more serious charges, including murder, in the High Court later this year.
Jessica’s heartbroken father Tony Hayes said the decision was just the beginning.
he told mirror: “This is a positive step in the right direction.
“I’m pleased that a longer sentence was given. However, the fight will continue and the next step is to take this to a higher court and make that sentence even longer.”
“But it doesn’t take away the loss. It doesn’t change the fact that Jess isn’t here. It doesn’t change the fact that Mickey isn’t here. It doesn’t change the fact that our lives have been ruined.
“We still have some distance to go. Even though the result moves us forward, it still doesn’t take away the void left by the loss.”
