Further demonstrations included an aerobics-style display by the soldiers, where they split in all directions simultaneously.

Kim saw the performance Power And pain tolerance with real pleasure.

In the nearly four-minute long video released on Sunday, the camera cuts to the dictator practicing.

Kim was seen clapping and encouraging the soldiers.

At the end, lines of jubilant soldiers gathered around Kim to shake his hand and show their appreciation.

After taking a group photo with the embattled leader, soldiers were heard chanting slogans, cheering and jumping in the air.

“All the participants began to cheer enthusiastically, looking forward to the ever victorious, strong-willed and talented commander ushering in the great day of building a mighty nation. Army With its outstanding military strategic ideology and extraordinary commanding art,” said the Korean Central news Agency (KCNA).

KCNA further reported that Kim also watched the training of female soldiers with pleasure and warmly encouraged them.

The military demonstration comes after Kim watched personnel test solid fuel engines for weapons capable of reaching the US mainland.

While the test was in line with Kim’s stated goal of recruiting more agile, difficult-to-detect missiles, some experts speculate that North Korea’s claims may be an exaggeration.

Missiles with built-in solid propellant are easier to move and conceal than liquid-fuel weapons, which typically refuel before take-off and do not last as long.

According to the official Korean Central News Agency, the engine has a maximum thrust of 2,500 kilonewtons, up from about 1,970 kilonewtons reported in a similar solid-fuel engine test in September.

The test was conducted as part of the country’s five-year arms build-up aimed at upgrading “strategic strike means”.

The term refers to nuclear-capable ballistic missiles and other weapons.

Kim said this latest engine test “has great significance in bringing the country’s strategic military strength to the highest level”.

Lee Choon Geun, honorary research fellow of South Korea, after not disclosing important information on the engine’s total combustion time Science And technology The policy institute said North Korea may be “hoaxing” the latest test reports.

The isolated nation has worked hard to boost its nuclear arsenal since Kim’s high-stakes diplomacy with US President Donald Trump broke down in 2019.

Kim, however, kept the door open to talks with Trump but urged Washington to drop its demand for denuclearization as a precondition for talks.
