Celine Dion is showing remarkable signs of improvement after reportedly battling Stiff Person Syndrome.
The 58-year-old legendary singer was diagnosed with the rare neurological condition in 2022, having suffered painful muscle spasms and singing challenges for years, raising doubts over her future on stage.
However, insiders have now revealed that Dion has been “slowly exercising” over the past year, continuing physical therapy and vocal training.
“She is slowly doing exercises at home and continuing physical therapy to treat her SPS,” the source said.
He added, “She’s moving very well, and her voice sounds amazing, thanks to all the vocal exercises she’s done.”
The insider claimed, “People can’t believe she’s doing so well so quickly. Of course, she still has bad days, but she’s getting stronger.”
On the other hand, Celine Dion is also said to give love another chance. Following the death of her husband René Angélil from throat cancer, the source said she is “finally feeling like herself again.”
The insider said, “She says she’s been given another chance at life, and she wants to live it to the fullest. She’s going to dinner parties and meeting people. She’s got a very full life with a lot of love, but it would be wonderful if she had a new romance too.”
