Amber Davis recently revealed how she is recovering from burns during her recent tour Legally Blonde The Musical.
For those unaware, Davis is starring as Elle Woods in the latest UK and Ireland tour legally blonde musical, Based on the 2001 film by Reese Witherspoon.
However, an unfortunate incident occurred as he developed a severe chest infection and irritation, which forced him to step away from the production earlier this month.
After several performances were cancelled, the production chose Hannah Lowther as her replacement, who played the role for another fortnight and received praise for her performance, as she also plays Margot.
Davis talks at Kinky Boots West End opening ceremony Standard about the unfortunate incident, revealing that he is on the road to recovery.
“I’m much better now. I was completely, completely destroyed. I was burnt out,” he said love island The alum noted.
“I don’t think I’ve been like this since Covid, so I was looking at the clock – I knew it was coming,” she quipped.
Reflecting on the reaction to her sudden disappearance from the show, Davis said, “It’s the first time that’s happened to me.”
“I’ve been working in this business for almost a decade – I’ve never had to take time off for sick time before,” she said.
