A mother has reportedly beheaded her boyfriend after catching her young son taking off his nappy to abuse him.
Paula Ellen Neves da Silva, 24, woke up Sunday morning to see Daniel Dos Santos – who was she dating For two months – taking off the clothes of your two-year-old child.
Filled with rage, he picked up a knife and launched a bloody attack on her – reportedly stabbing her multiple times.
During the struggle, the victim struggled and managed to injure her hand with the serrated blade before being killed.
Silva then decapitated Santos before dragging his body into the bathroom.
His severed head was hidden inside a backpack, which police later found in the living room.
This incident took place in Itaqua, on the outskirts of the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo.
After the attack, Silva reportedly called relatives and her ex-husband, the father of her two young children, to confess to her crime.
He then shared photos and videos of Santos’ body as proof of what he had done.
It was her mother – a grandmother of two – who called the police to report what her daughter had done.

Municipal public security chiefs confirmed in a statement that a 24-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of murder on Sunday morning in a neighborhood called Chakara Cuiba.
“Military police were called to the scene and upon arrival they found that the suspect had stabbed the victim,” he said.
“He confessed to the crime and was taken into custody and a case was registered at the local police station.”
Police confirmed that the victim suffered “multiple stab wounds, as well as being decapitated.”
On the night of the attack, the couple had spent the night drinking with a friend.
Silva later told officers that she was lying on the living room floor – apparently sleeping – when she saw her partner unwrapping the young child’s nappy.
She claimed he reacted immediately – acting in self-defense – and stabbed her.
Authorities are investigating the case as murder as well as procedural fraud and concealment of the body.
Prosecutors have requested that his arrest be converted to pre-trial detention, arguing that there is not enough evidence to support his claim that he acted in self-defense.
