Nearly 100 officers responded to anti-social behavior on Tuesday, arresting six teenage girls in two incidents and issuing a 48-hour dispersal order on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, groups of young people were reported to have harassed staff and caused criminal damage at a business and center in Rochdale, Greater Manchester Police said.
A dispersion order was in place in Rochdale from 11.30am today until 11.30am Saturday.
The order allows authorities to exclude a person or people from an area for up to 48 hours through written notice.
Its aim is to reduce behavior that contributes, or is likely to contribute, to anti-social behavior or crime or disorder in the area.

Inspector Meena Yasin of GMP’s Rochdale district said the order also aimed to protect businesses.
“We will not tolerate anti-social behavior and will take strong action wherever it is reported – whether through proactive action or preventative problem-solving work,” he said.
Ms Yassin said officers would be patrolling the town center to make sure everyone had a “safe and enjoyable” bank holiday weekend.
