Tom Brady eats everything but in “moderation.”
The former NFL star, who was famous for his strict diet, has now relaxed his eating habits in recent years.
Brady, in a recent conversation with cnbcrevealed that during his family gatherings and in times of emergency while travelling, he eats whatever is available as people usually eat.
“I think it’s all about moderation, and I think maybe people get a little too hung up on the strictness of my lifestyle or diet,” Atlett said.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion continued, “I have kids and I have Halloween and birthday parties and we’re like a normal family, so I try to make really healthy choices as often as possible. But when you’re watching football games and being at games, you’re traveling and you’re in airports.”
“I also understand the reality of life,” he said.
Brady is the father of three children. He shares son Benjamin, 16, and daughter Vivian with ex-wife Gisele Bundchen.
Brady welcomed eldest son, Jack, 18, with ex Bridget Moynahan.
