H&M’s new-in section is full of expensive-looking spring staples

As a shopping editor, I spend a lot of time scrolling through the what’s new section, and H&M is one I check almost daily. After a while, you start to recognize when a collection works; When the color palette is cohesive, the clothes look more premium than usual and the silhouettes feel especially modern but still wearable. That was exactly my reaction to this latest drop of spring.

What stands out about this spring collection is how expensive everything looks. There are beautifully cut linen pieces, tailored separates that look far more premium than their price tags, and a selection of spring dresses that could easily pass for designer. The shirts have shrunk a bit, the tailoring is relaxed but still polished, and everything feels very easy to mix and match into an existing wardrobe.
