Reflecting on the process, he claimed that it proved to be truly fulfilling because he put his soul into his work.
It’s worth mentioning that RAYE oversaw everything leading up to the production of this record as he stepped into the role of executive producer of this album.
In this conversation, he represented “a lifetime’s worth of work”.
“Honestly, I am mentally and physically exhausted,” she said.
While the process has exhausted the songwriter physically and mentally, she said the result is a body of work that ultimately reflects her true vision crafted on her own terms and with her own signature sound.
“This has been absolute passion and a labor of love… I’m involved in this work in some way, shape or form.”
