Mel B has distanced herself from the controversy surrounding her former bandmate Victoria Beckham’s family feud.
The former Spice Girls star was caught up with her thoughts on the matter in a new interview SunDuring this time he refused to comment on the ongoing tension within the Beckham family.
“You know what? If my kids (Phoenix, 27, Angel, 18, and Madison, 14) want advice, I give them advice,” she told the magazine.
“I don’t give advice to anyone else’s kids. And if I did, I wouldn’t tell you about it, because it’s private.”
His comment comes amid reports of rift in the family that has been going on for more than a year. Aside from the Beckham drama, Mel B also shot down speculation about a Spice Girls reunion ahead of the group’s 30th anniversary.
“I haven’t said anything about a reunion, I’m always the first one to say, ‘Yeah, we’re going on tour.’ And I want that to happen. Now that I am 50, I will not put pressure on anyone,” she replied.
This came as the star admitted she would never be able to perform with her former bandmates again. The group last reunited in 2019 for a UK tour without Victoria Beckham, following previous appearances including their performance at the 2012 London Olympics.
Mel B, who also went by the stage name Scary Spice, also expressed skepticism over the proposed documentary, suggesting that not all members were willing to open up completely on camera.
