Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy made a candid comment after the IPL 2026 match against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). Nitish Kumar made a shocking “no trust” comment targeting Sunrisers Hyderabad captain Ishan Kishan which has caught the attention of the online cricket community.
Sunrisers Hyderabad put up a brilliant performance against Kolkata Knight Riders at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Thursday, April 2. Batting first, they scored a mammoth score of 226/8 in the stipulated 20 overs. With the ball, SRH remained in control throughout the chase and bowled out KKR for 161 runs in just 16 overs.

Nitish Kumar Reddy batted well for Sunrisers Hyderabad against Lucknow Super Giants. Sunrisers Hyderabad had a bad start at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium. Mohammed Shami and Prince Yadav dismissed the top order in the powerplay.
Rishabh Pant chose to field first and Mohammed Shami dismissed Travis Head for seven. Prince Yadav bowled Ishan Kishan for one run, while Abhishek Sharma was out for zero. After this Digvesh Rathi dismissed Liam Livingstone, due to which Sunrisers Hyderabad was in trouble before the arrival of Heinrich Klaasen.
Heinrich Klaasen and Nitish Kumar Reddy rebuilt the innings with a 116-run partnership. This became Sunrisers Hyderabad’s highest partnership for the fifth wicket or less. This surpassed the 99-run partnership Klaasen shared with Abhinav Manohar last year.
Nitish Kumar Reddy scored 56 runs off 33 balls before M Siddhartha dismissed him. Heinrich Klaasen scored 62 runs in 41 balls before taking the wicket of Avesh Khan. Their partnership helped Sunrisers Hyderabad reach 156 runs.
Rishabh Pant gave victory to LSG in the last over.
Lucknow Super Giants ended the innings well. Mohammed Shami took two wickets for nine runs. Avesh Khan dismissed Harsh Dubey for a duck and Prince Yadav dismissed Shivang Yadav.
Harshal Patel was run out after scoring four runs on the last ball. Aniket Verma remained unbeaten on two runs as Sunrisers Hyderabad finished on 156/9. Avesh Khan and Prince Yadav took two wickets each.
Chasing 157 runs, Lucknow Super Giants won the match with the strong innings of Rishabh Pant. He scored 68 runs in 50 balls and led the team to victory in the last over.
Aiden Markram supported him by scoring 45 runs in 27 balls. Lucknow Super Giants defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad and moved to seventh position with two points.
