Artemis II has left the Moon and is back on Earth as NASA’s spacecraft will touch down in just days after its longest journey ever

NASA announced that the Orion spacecraft has left the Moon’s “zone of influence” and is returning to Earth.

The Artemis II crew has broken free from a region where the Moon’s gravitational pull is stronger than Earth’s – and they’ll be home in a matter of days.

He is expected to return on Friday, April 10.
