When it comes to the North American tablet market, the options are few and far between, with most users opting for devices like the iPad or the Galaxy Tab series. That said, it looks like Motorola wants a piece of that pie – the company recently announced the debut of its latest tablet, the Moto Pad 2026. The Moto Pad 2026 is available for buyers in the US. Its price is $249.99But what do you actually get from the device?
On the front, the tablet comes with an 11-inch display with a 2.5K resolution, plus a fairly smooth 90Hz refresh rate that should make for a relatively pleasant viewing experience. The Pad 2026’s screen is wrapped in a smooth-looking metal chassis, which also houses a Dolby quad-speaker setup on the sides. It’s available in a single Pantone “Bronze Green” color, which creates a somewhat unique look.
Inside, the tablet runs on a MediaTek D6300 5G chipset, along with a huge 7040mAh battery that according to Motorola can last for up to 12 hours of streaming on a single charge. That said, it only charges a little slowly at 20W, though that’s hardly surprising given the price. The Moto Pad 2026 is also available on T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile starting April 30.
