Sarah Ferguson reportedly feels entitled to comment on the royal family’s treatment of her past relationship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The former Duchess of York, who lost her title and Royal Lodge alongside her ex-husband Andrew, is struggling to deal with the ongoing investigation, according to a new report.
A source told the US-based entertainment outlet that her frustration often leads to emotional outbursts, adding that she still doesn’t take accountability for her actions.
A source said of her behaviour, Ferguson is not “dealing” with the current situation and is trying to “numb” it.
He added, “It’s only making everything worse because it fuels this cycle where she starts raving and then feels even more isolated the next day.”
“It’s not like she will take any accountability, if you ask her she has every right to speak her mind.”
In February, a report claimed that Ferguson was most hurt by Queen Camilla because she hoped the Queen Consort would not leave her alone during her difficult times.
“Sarah really believed that Camila would give her some kind of discreet support, even if it was nothing more than seeing her once in a while,” he said at the time.
“For Sarah, such tacit support would have sent a powerful signal that she was not completely excluded.
“When this did not succeed, he felt haunted, exposed and unstable, as if the last piece of solid ground beneath him had disappeared.”
