First lady Melania Trump has issued a bombshell statement denying any ties to disgraced financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Speaking in the Cross Hall of the White House in Washington, US First Lady Melania Trump said: “Obviously, I never had a relationship with Epstein or his partner Maxwell. I was never friends with Epstein. Donald and I were invited to the same parties as Epstein from time to time. Epstein did not introduce me to anyone.” Donald Trump. I met my husband by chance.” She added: “I call on Congress to provide a public hearing to the women victimized by Epstein, especially focused on survivors.” The bombshell statement was completely unexpected, as there had been no recent revelations linking her to Epstein, who committed suicide in August 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
