Earlier this year, TCL unveiled the NXTPAPER 70 Pro, an Android phone with a display that can easily switch between color paper mode, ink paper mode, and Max Ink mode. With this in mind, this phone is now available for purchase in the United States at a quite affordable price of around Rs 200.
Given its price, the NXTPAPER 70 Pro makes sense to feature midrange hardware specs like a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, 8GB of RAM, and a 5200mAh battery. However, that being said, the main attraction of the phone is its 6.9-inch display, which features TCL’s i-Comfort technology. It also supports stylus input, and combined with the various screen modes makes it a perfect productivity companion.
Other features include a camera system with a 50MP main sensor and a 32MP selfie camera, 128GB of internal storage with microSD support expandable up to 2TB, and baked-in AI features for productivity. As for availability, the phone is available for purchase through TCL as well as T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile. Comments from Mitch Peterson, GM of TCL Mobile North America:
The NXTPAPER 70 Pro leverages TCL’s display leadership to deliver a great phone with a great screen – giving consumers all the benefits of TCL’s NXTPAPER displays with the device features they want most… It’s built for power users who spend hours on their phones every day and want something that’s more versatile to support their professional and personal interests, powerful enough to handle anything, and all with less impact on their eyes.
