A child who accused Michael Jackson of sexually abusing him described “marks” on the late star’s body that would only have been visible if he was naked, two policemen have revealed in a new documentary.
Jordan Chandler, who was 13 at the time, claimed that Jaco groomed and molested him, leading to the superstar artist’s arrest in 1993 and a “degrading” strip search.
The allegation was reported to the Sexually Exploited Children Unit within the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).
LAPD Detective Rosibel Smith, who worked with the unit at the time, said the Billie Jean singer was accused of ‘rubbing his body against (the child’s) body’, fondling as well as aggravated sexual assault.
In the explosive documentary, Smith said the boy told police about distinctive marks on Jackson’s body.
“We received information from the victim about Michael’s body and especially the marks on his body,” he said. BBC.

“So a child can only see it if Michael is naked.”
Following this information, police had to prepare a search warrant for the King of Pop’s body, including his private areas.
Smith’s former associate, Federico Sicard, also an LAPD detective, made the revelation the moment he told Jackson he had a warrant signed by a judge to take photographs of his “private parts.”
Jackson was strip-searched upon returning from the Dangerous World Tour, which was canceled due to child molestation allegations.
Sicard said: “He said, ‘You a**holes’. The result was that the evidence that Jordan Chandler had provided – it was confirmed.”
Jaco, who had denied all allegations of sexual abuse made against him, later described the discovery as “the most humiliating ordeal of my life”.
Jackson said in a televised statement in 1993, “I urge all of you to wait and hear the truth before you accuse me or condemn me. Do not treat me like a criminal because I am innocent.”
Following the strip search, Jackson agreed to a larger settlement of between $20 million and $24 million after Jordan’s father took legal action.
The singer was never accused of the allegations, which he denied.
Smith said he did not get the impression that Jordan was “motivated” by money.
But, he said his “parents had a different story”.
“In fact, the father had asked for money to defuse the situation,” he said.
Saying that the settlement of the lawsuit represents “virtually the end of the LAPD’s case.”
Sicard said: “I felt bad because I was pretty sure Rosie and I had a good case, but when the victim doesn’t want to testify, there’s a saying ‘no victim, no crime’. So there was nothing we could do.”
According to multiple reports, including from investigative journalists such as Diane Dimond and Jacques Peretti, the child correctly identified the markings on the star’s penis and prompted Jaco to compromise.
Author and former music industry executive John Niven claims that Jordan’s description of the singer’s manhood was “so accurate” that he was able to identify where the “splinters” were placed when the entertainer’s penis was “erect”.
In a report of Jackson’s 2005 molestation trial, which focused on the claims of another accuser, Gavin Arvizo, the judge ruled that the photos of Jackson’s penis and Jordan’s portrait were “inadmissible” and could not be used in the trial.
But prosecuting attorneys believed the teen’s description of the celebrity’s gender would “prove” inappropriate behavior with her boy peers, CNN reports.
Former Neverland security guard Ralph Chacon claimed he witnessed Jackson having sex with Jordan during his 2005 trial – for which the King of Pop was acquitted of all charges.
Chacon told the court that Starr and the child, aged 12 or 13, were standing naked in a changing room near a Jacuzzi at Starr’s California mansion.
Jordan, whose father committed suicide days after Michael Jackson’s death in 2009, has not been heard from since the mid-90s.
