Offset is doing “good,” as the rapper has been released from the hospital after being shot outside a casino.
The 34-year-old musician was hospitalized after being shot at the Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood, Florida, on April 6.
Now, on April 10, the rapper’s rep has confirmed that he has been sent home, in full spirit, “up and running.”
“We are incredibly grateful to the doctors, nurses and the entire hospital staff who took such good care of him,” the spokesperson tells People.
After being discharged from the medical center, Offset also broke his silence and released a statement on social media expressing his gratitude for the love and support he has received from his friends and fans.
“Thank you to everyone who met me and showed me love! I’m good…but I plan to be better!” He wrote in a post uploaded on April 10
“I’m focused on my family, my recovery, and getting back to music…realizing that life is made up of quiet victories and heavy defeats…” he said.
Ending her caption on a positive note, she wrote, “Life is a gamble and I’m still playing to win.”
