X’s standalone messaging app XChat now has a release date.
XChat will be coming to iPhone and iPad in a week. The App Store listing for the messaging app shows a preview of the design, including a detailed icon and an April 17 release date.
According to the app’s description, XChat will allow users to “chat with anyone on

The preview of the app shows features like the ability to block screenshots, send disappearing messages, put group chats on hold, and make video calls.
The app has been in testing since last year.
XChat can be Pre-ordered from the App Store Ahead of its release next Friday.
