London — London police arrested more than 200 people during a protest on Saturday Palestine Action Group banned That the government has labeled it a terrorist organization.
The Metropolitan Police said they detained 212 protesters aged between 27 and 82 for supporting the group.

Police had previously warned that they would make arrests at the protest organized by the group Defend Our Juries.
Hundreds of people gathered in Trafalgar Square to show their support for the group, some holding placards reading, “I oppose genocide. I support Palestine action.”
Musician Robert del Naja of trip hop group Massive Attack said that despite the possibility that the arrest could jeopardize his ability to tour, he held up a sign in support of the group.
“I thought it was ridiculous and then the police did a U-turn to arrest people again, I thought it was even more ridiculous,” he said. “So I’m going to put up a sign today.”
Protesters shouted “Shame on you” as police escorted protesters away and mocked the elderly for arresting them.
“Yeah, she looks like a terrorist, doesn’t she friend?” When the police were taking a protestor with sticks towards the police van, a woman started screaming.
