Kristen Cavallari is ready for an age gap relationship.
The 39-year-old TV personality took to her Instagram Stories over the weekend to answer a question about the trend of men dating older women.
“I love this era for us!” she wrote.
“I think older women are more confident in their own skin. Not as game and not afraid to ask for what they want/need.”
“I think, for women, it’s really fun and traditionally a little ‘bad,’ which makes it even more fun. I love seeing us break the rules, ladies.”
This comes after the fashion designer was in a brief relationship with TikTok star Mark Estes in 2024. There was an age difference of 13 years between them. The couple separated after seven months of dating due to age difference.
“It’s hard because I broke up with Mark because I know it’s not right for the long term,” she revealed on the Let’s Be Honest podcast in October of that year.
“It’s not because love was lost or something bad happened. Nobody cheated. Nobody was bad. Nobody did anything. I think those breakups are always the hardest because it’s almost easier if the guy does something that makes you hate him,” Kristen said at the time.
Kristen was first married to Jay Cutler, a retired football player. They were married for seven years and had three children.
