The Honor Win and Win RT were the first smartphones to launch with a 10,000mAh battery. Next came the Honor Power2, which had a slightly larger 10,080mAh unit. Now, a new leak suggests that the company is working on an even bigger battery for the upcoming device.
Well-known tipster Digital Chat Station has claimed that Honor has started test production of a new battery with a rated capacity of 10,690mAh and a rated energy of 40.41Wh.

It is expected to offer a modest capacity of 11,000mAh or more. Although the tipster hasn’t shared details about the device, the battery could potentially come to the Power2 successor.
The Honor Power2 is powered by a 10,080mAh Si/C battery that is claimed to deliver over 20 hours of video playback. It supports 80W wired fast charging and 27W reverse wired charging, essentially making it a power bank.
Notably, the upcoming Honor X80 is also rumored to have a 10,000mAh battery.
