Delhi Capitals are looking for their third win of the season and will also be eyeing the fourth position in the points table. RCB, on the other hand, have performed well with their yorkers despite defending a low score and have controlled the innings exceptionally well in the death overs.
Axar Patel left the field after serious injury against RCB
The left-handed batsman was sent in ahead of Miller, and he handled the spinners well in those crucial middle overs, not letting the match slip away with the fall of wickets. However, he struggled with leg cramps and could not convert the singles into doubles.
After suffering from complications, Axar had to leave the field in the 17th over of the game. David Miller came into the field as his replacement. He declared himself retired hurt, while physio Ashutosh Sharma and later RCB’s Krunal Pandya joined in to help him off the field.
