Meghan Markle and Prince Harry reflected on the final day of their trip to Australia, where they also honored the courage of the survivors of the Bondi Beach attack.
In a statement released on their website, the royal couple’s team says that on the final day of their visit to Australia, the Duke and Duchess traveled to Sydney, where they spent time reflecting on memory and resilience, celebrating the enduring strength of community – concluding their four-day visit.
Courage and community respect at Bondi Beach
Earlier in the day, Meghan and Harry visited the Bondi Surf Bathers Life Saving Club, where they met first responders, survivors of the December 2025 Bondi attack and representatives from the Sydney Museum.
Before joining lifesavers on the beach for a brief rescue demonstration, they heard reflections on that day and the ongoing process of healing for lifesavers and survivors – a powerful reminder of the courage, caring and community that has emerged in the face of tragedy.

After the trip, they joined Invictus competitors and their families for a sailing experience on Sydney Harbour.
Aboard the boats, the Duke and Duchess spent time with veterans and their families, sharing stories against the backdrop of Sydney’s harbor and skyline.
Tour ends at Allianz Stadium
In the evening, Archie and Lilibet’s lovely parents attended the Super Rugby Pacific match between the NSW Waratahs and Moana Pasifika at Allianz Stadium.
After the game, the couple had the opportunity to meet players from both teams.
The final engagement offered a fitting conclusion to the day: “a celebration of community, connection and the unifying power of sport”.
