Chennai Super Kings captain, Ruturaj Gaikwad failed to perform well for the Super Kings while chasing the big target, which at one point looked to be a sure thing for the batsmen in the yellow jersey.

Ruturaj Gaikwad also praised the SRH opener, saying, “In three consecutive matches the bowling unit has been performing really well. Today even on the power play, I thought Abhishek did brilliantly. I think everyone has done a good job.”
