Whenever God makes you go through a time of great adversity, you can expect to come out of that experience with great wealth, if you have been faithful during the trial. This is a universal truth. Wisdom comes from obedience, not knowledge. When we are tested and proven, the genuineness of our faith results in possessions of God that we would never have received if we had not gone through those trials. These are precious in His eyes and should be given great importance. People who know you will be amazed at the wisdom that comes out of your mouth. This is one of those mysteries of the gospel that can only be understood by those who experience incredible trial and hardship.
God enslaved the people of Israel for 400 years, but when the time came to free them from the bondage of slavery, they came out with great wealth. These material possessions symbolize the spiritual possessions we receive when we come out of being slaves to the things that have hindered us our entire lives. These assets should be shared with others so that they too can know how they can be free.
What has God freed you from that allows you to share your possessions with others? Share what God has done in your life with everyone you work with today. This could be the asset they need most in their life.
