A new riverside residential development in Leeds in the United Kingdom launches for sales this weekend. Called The Opal at Dycotes, the 196-unit apartment project is developed by Latimer Homes of Clarion Housing Group, one of the largest housing associations in the UK and a leading residential builder. The development is a 16-storey residential block comprising a mix of one to three-bedroom apartments ranging from 542 to 950 sq ft. Prices will start at £229,500 ($394,952) for a one-bedroom unit.
