My manager told me today that my work group is getting interns this summer, and the plan that makes the most sense is for me to be a peer mentor. I’m fine with it, and I’m quite excited about it, but I have never supervised or officially guided or been nominally in charge of helping an intern do his work! Do you have any advice or tips on how to approach this role and play it well?
