TL;DR
- Google is giving away a free Pixel Watch 3 smartwatch to some Google Fi customers.
- However, it seems that the promotion is not available to everyone, as some users are only seeing the discount.
- The only major problem is that you have to stick with Google Fi for 24 months.
The Pixel Watch 4 has been around a long time, but the Pixel Watch 3 is still a good Wear OS smartwatch. Now it turns out that Google is giving the latter watch away to some Google Fi customers.
user on googlepixel And GoogleFi Subreddits have reported that they have received a Free Pixel Watch 3 LTE Offer Via Google Fi. Google appears to have sent the free offer via email, although some users said they got it via the watch’s store page on the Fi website. At least one other user said they received the offer via a notification from the Google Fi app.

In any case, it looks like this free Pixel Watch 3 offer isn’t available to everyone. Instead, some users report not getting the deal at all, while others report the discount but not the free watch. Additionally, the $350 41mm model is sold out, leaving only the $400 45mm option as part of this promotion.
The only problem with this offer seems to be that you have to keep using Google Fi for the next 24 months. If you didn’t already have any plans to change careers, this is good news.
The Pixel Watch 3 obviously isn’t the latest Google Watch, but this free deal is still worth a look. The 2024 watch brings days-long battery life, a sleek design with a great screen, a ton of great software features, and easy integration with other Google devices. Perhaps the biggest downside of the watch is that, unlike the Pixel Watch 4, it can’t be repaired. This means that Google only gives replacements.
