After Kylie Jenner’s crazy nights in the desert at Coachella, she ran into legal trouble when a former employee claimed their time at her mansion in Hidden Hills was anything but rosy.
Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal that Angelica Vasquez says she became part of Jenner’s staff at her Beverly Hills luxury home in September 2024.
However, a few days later, she was taken to the beauty mogul’s other property in Hidden Hills, where, according to her claims, trouble began.
There, Vásquez alleged in filings that he faced constant harassment from senior staff at home while his religious and national identities, that is, Catholicism and El Salvadorian respectively, were ridiculed.
Not stopping there, the former domestic help claims she was told that “Catholics are horrible people,” and that people with similar immigration status should be deported.
This is in addition to what she says she had to endure, including being yelled at regularly, being assigned the worst work possible, and being abandoned by the team.
Vasquez, meanwhile, says the alleged harassment wasn’t limited to just verbal; Instead, she often claims to have faced flak thrown at her as a form of rebuke.
Due to facing such treatment and complaints being ignored, the plaintiff alleged that she suffered from anxiety and other related symptoms, forcing her to leave her job in August 2025.
Vasquez is now seeking compensation for unpaid wages and emotional distress.
However, the portrayal of her alleged harassment was disputed by sources close to Jenner, who claimed that she was a junior employee who struggled with workplace problems as well as appearance issues.
It’s worth mentioning that Vasquez doesn’t directly accuse Jenner in the lawsuit; However, she was named for not doing enough to stop alleged abuses by her employees.
