David Wilcock’s death was ruled a suicide amid an investigation into the suspicious disappearances and deaths of American space scientists.
David Wilcock, a self-proclaimed American UFO researcher and a prominent paranormal content creator and author, has been found dead, in what has been ruled a suicide.
The incident came days after US President Donald Trump ordered an investigation into the mysterious deaths and disappearances of nearly a dozen American scientists starting in 2023. The researchers had access to some of the country’s most closely guarded nuclear and space secrets.
In a statement Monday, the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office said that at approximately 10:44 p.m., a person called 911. The dispatcher suspected that the caller “Was experiencing a mental health crisis.” When deputies arrived at the residence northeast of Nederland City, they encountered an armed man who “Used a weapon on himself” Within minutes of his arrival, the statement said.
was a man “Declared dead at the scene.” Officers did not find any other people at the property during a subsequent search.
On Wednesday, the Boulder County Coroner’s Office identified the 53-year-old victim as David Wilcock.
He was a vocal member of the so-called disclosure movement, whose followers believe that the US government is hiding information about UFOs and aliens from the public.
Wilcock had millions of followers on YouTube and Facebook and wrote several books, including the bestsellers ‘The Source Field Investigations’ and ‘The Synchronicity Key’.
Two days before his death, he posted a message on X, cryptically stating that he had “Some very intense things were going to happen this weekend.”
“I want you all to know how much I love and appreciate you.” Wilcock wrote.
His suspected suicide came amid growing public scrutiny of the deaths and disappearances of at least ten American scientists and researchers over the past few years. The intriguing circumstances surrounding their cases have given rise to online speculation ranging from foreign espionage to government cover-up of classified UFO research.
Speaking to reporters last Thursday, Trump announced that he had directed officials to look into what he described “Very serious matter.”
