The smartphone has 64GB of onboard storage, which can be expanded up to 2TB via microSD card. On the software side, you get Android 16-based HyperOS 3, with Poco promising four major Android upgrades and six years of security updates.
The Poco C81 is built with a 6.9″ 120Hz HD+ LCD with 800 nits of HBM brightness. The display also has a notch for an 8MP selfie camera. On the back, you get a dual-camera setup, with a 13MP primary camera.
To keep the Poco C81 running, there is a 6,300 mAh battery, which is one of its main features. The smartphone supports 15W charging and can charge other devices as well, as it supports 7.5W reverse wired charging.
Other features of the Poco C81 include IP52 rating, wet touch support for the display, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, USB-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Poco C81 comes in a single 4GB/64GB configuration with three color options – Sunset Gold, Sky Blue, and Elite Black.
Poco C81x
Let’s talk about the Poco C81x, which is basically the C81 with a different design, less RAM, a smaller screen with less brightness, a single rear camera, and a lower battery capacity.
This means you’ll get the Poco C81x with 3GB of RAM, a 6.88″ display with 650 nits HBM brightness, a 13MP rear camera, and a 5,200 mAh battery. The smartphone also runs Android 15 and will receive two major Android upgrades and four years of security updates.
