Since I am primarily using another traditional merchant securities custodian account of an international bank to hold Capitaland Ascendas REIT (“CLAR”), I am only able to see the results of my rights issuance this morning on April 24, 2026 (strange that in this day and age of Generative Agentic AI, they are still being processed for allocation to individual beneficial owners after the main exercise is completed on the morning of April 23, 2026) Requires 1 full day lead time.). Anyway, my total rights are 532 units and I managed to get over 2,468 units. Total 3,000 units. Given the high demand for CLAR spare units, the estimate isn’t too bad. The issue price is S$2.35 per unit and the closing market price on 23 April 2026 is S$2.56 per unit. So every 1,000 units allocated gives an immediate profit of S$210. as a result +S$630 Capital gains from this CLAR fund raising exercise. Looks like I’m participating
